Exhibitor Information

This unique two-day targeted exhibit will provide you the opportunity to access directly the leading HIPAA experts from the nation's premier health plans, hospitals and physician organizations. The Exhibit Area will wrap around the general session ballroom where the government's leading HIPAA regulators will be speaking. All food functions and the Summit's networking reception will be held in the Exhibit Area.

Exhibit Cost:
$1,800
Cost includes: (1) 10'x10' pipe/drape booth, Lead-Retrieval System, (1) 8' skirted table, (2) chairs, (1) wastepaper basket, and a company ID sign. Phone lines, electricity and any other materials are an additional cost through the exhibit show company.
Note: Exhibit hall is not carpeted. Carpet for exhibit spaces will need to be purchased. It is not included in the cost of a booth space.

On-site showguide deadline:
In order to have your company listing/booth number included in the show guide, exhibit and sponsor registration must be in no later than March
1st, 2003.
